We are a Living Wage Foundation Employer, offering an inclusive, rewarding, and forward-thinking work environment. If you want to contribute to the future of clean energy while making a tangible impact on regional development, this role is for you.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Development Project Manager to lead and execute high-profile projects within our portfolio. An early focus will be managing the Supply Chain Accelerator funded multi-user offshore coordination centre project, which will play a pivotal role in advancing infrastructure and supply chain readiness for floating offshore wind in the Celtic Sea. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope while upholding Celtic Sea Power’s mission and values.

  • Financial Oversight – Monitor project income and expenditure, working closely with the Business Operations team on funding claims, forecasting, and budget management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement – Foster strong relationships with industry partners, local authorities, and funding bodies, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • Governance & Reporting – Prepare high-quality project reports, presentations, and compliance documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical & Strategic Support – Provide expertise to project teams, interpret data, and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Event & Workshop Coordination – Support the planning and execution of meetings, industry events, and workshops to engage stakeholders and drive project visibility.

About the Multi-User Offshore Coordination Centre Project

The Multi-User Offshore Coordination Centre is a pivotal infrastructure project designed to support the growing needs of the floating offshore wind industry in the Celtic Sea region. The project is aligned with The Crown Estate’s Supply Chain Accelerator Fund, which has secured £399k in co-investment towards an overall project budget of £799k.

This facility is intended to provide a centralised operational hub for multiple offshore wind developers and supply chain partners, offering a secure, high-tech environment for coordination, data management, and logistics. The centre will be strategically located in Cornwall, ensuring proximity to key offshore wind sites and strong transport and communication links.

Your Role in This Project

As the Development Project Manager, you will play a central role in driving the project from initial concept (Spring 2025) to financial investment decision (Spring 2027), ensuring its successful execution. You will work closely with partners such as Treveth LLP (responsible for facility design), The Crown Estate (co-investors), and other stakeholders to deliver the project effectively.

This role is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of the UK’s floating offshore wind revolution, helping shape a critical piece of infrastructure that will drive the industry forward for years to come.
