It identifies the expected cable types, transmission configurations, and installation parameters relevant to the Celtic Sea. Applicable standards, policy frameworks, and existing literature are summarised to inform understanding of EMF generation and propagation in the marine environment. This baseline information supports the evaluation of potential EMF-related effects on receptors and marine infrastructure.
