Penpol Pumpkins
Big up the Penpol Pumpkins! And their very dedicated teacher Jacob Woolcock!
Some of our team went to along to meet the inspirational team of ten that have made it into the international Lego League championships that will be hosted in Massachusetts in a couple of weeks time.
After interviews with ITV – which they all took in their stride, they presented their project on food waste as a source of energy, took us through their Lego coding work.
They are all incredibly excited to be heading to the states to meet the other 90 plus teams that are as dedicated to coding and Lego as they are, and show off their incredible efforts on an international stage.
This is how to inspire new generations of STEM wiz kids.
